N. Subramaniam, was formerly a Senior Partner with Ernst & Young, Singapore. He is currently a Director on the Boards of a number of Listed and Private Companies, as well as their business advisor. He has wide experience in audit of Banks and companies, Investigations, and Share Valuations.

Mr.Sundararaman is well experienced in the audit of banks, insurance companies, public listed companies; mergers and acquisitions, setting up of joint-ventures, collaboration arrangements, client support services especially having expertise in Indian Foreign Exchange management Act..

P.S. Ramanathan   qualified as a Chartered Accountant from India and a Company Secretary from U.K and India. He has   wide experience  in  auditing, management,  and currently holds directorship of several companies who are having  business connections with overseas centers.
