Dr. G NATARAJAN has secured All India First Rank with gold medal award in Indian Chartered accountant examination.

He is also holding a Doctorate title and a qualified Cost Accountant from India and holding CPA (Australia). He is a practicing member of ICPAS Singapore from 1981.

In addition to these professional qualifications, he also holds postgraduate qualification in Law, Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Law, Insurance Law, Company Law and Taxation laws with Distinction.

He has been practicing as a Chartered Accountant for over 40 years, and his areas of specialization include banks, insurance companies, manufacturing, trading, investment and finance companies.

He is also doing the audit of banks and insurance companies in Hongkong.

Being an expert in the Banking sector, he was appointed by Government of India as a Director on the Board of Andhra Bank.

Mr. P S SOMASEKHARAN, who is fondly called as “Soma” is fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Member of ICPAS (Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore).

He also holds CPA(Australia).  He has over 34 years of experience in practice as a Chartered Accountant / Certified Public Accountant. He has been credited with auditing the accounts of number of Companies including Banks and Insurance Companies. He also has wide experience in Portfolio Management and International Taxation.

He has made presentations, addressed in number of seminars organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Society of Auditors, Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore, International Group of Accounting Firms, U.S.A., MGI Worldwide, London.

He is on the board of several companies and networks including Singapore Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry rendering honorary services (2004 – 2010).

Further he has identified and assisted in setting up of many Joint-Venture arrangements and collaborations in Singapore/India.

He is also actively engaging in various socio-cultural activities for the past two decades in Singapore and in India.

MR. D.GOVINDARAJ MSc. ACCA ( UK) , is  also a  CPA and  a member of ICPAS Singapore with 19 years of experience both in India and Singapore.

He has a wide experience in the field of audit, taxation, management advisory services (including investigations and due diligence audits), as well as back office services.

He joined MGI N Rajan Associates as an Audit Associate and was elevated as a Partner.

He has been credited with a vast domain experience and knowledge in Financial Reporting Standards both under International Laws and Singapore Rules and Regulations.
